On January 30, Senator Bruce Anderson (R-Buffalo) was recognized by St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church and school as a community leader in Buffalo and Wright County, for his work to make the area a safe, welcoming place to live and work. The event was attended by a number of local elected officials, law enforcement officials, school administrators, and Chamber of Commerce representatives.
“This recognition means a lot to me,” said Senator Bruce Anderson. “I take seriously my responsibility to my community, because I want Wright County to continue its terrific reputation as a friendly, safe place where people want to raise their families. As local figures, we all have an important role to play in setting a good example for young people about the importance of serving our fellow neighbors. I’m excited to watch the next generation follow in our footsteps.”
