State Senator Roger Chamberlain (R-Lino Lakes) and State Representative Linda Runbeck (R-Circle Pines) will be co-hosting a town hall forum in Lino Lakes for residents of House District 38A, which includes Blaine, Centerville, Circle Pines, Hugo, Lexington, and Lino Lakes. The event will be held on February 24, and is free and open to the public.
Attendees will have an opportunity to discuss issues that could be addressed during the upcoming legislative session, including tax relief, health care, education, transportation, bonding, and more.
“The 2018 session will be busy, and this is a great opportunity for people to get a preview of what is on our agenda, ask questions, and give us their feedback,” said Sen. Chamberlain. “I’m looking forward to a great turnout.”
“This is an outstanding opportunity for Senator Chamberlain and me to hear from local citizens about issues important to them that could be addressed in the 2018 session,” said Rep. Runbeck. “I encourage individuals to attend and participate in what is certain to be a great discussion.”
