“I am going to talk for a moment about what we know will be the governor’s priority: raising taxes. Again, it’s the same old thing. It’s not Minnesota priorities. Just say “no.” We don’t need to do it. After what Minnesotans have been through for the last nine months, ten months — Covid, riots, and other problems — to then say ‘we are going to raise your taxes’ is just not necessary. We already tax almost more than any other state in the union. Just say “no.” It’s not Minnesota priorities.”
