Last week news broke of a shooting in Princeton, which involved 5 officers and 1 suspect. Senator Jeff Howe (R-Rockville) released the following statement in response:

“Our local officers are on the frontlines of dangerous situations every day, and we should all be incredibly relieved that this situation didn’t end with the loss of life. This is just the most recent example of the dangers law enforcement officers face every day. They deserve our continued respect and support for all they do to keep our communities safe. I will pray for the speedy recovery of all 5 officers that were involved.”
