A note from Senator Warren Limmer

The 2019 legislative session is in the books! After five months of building relationships with the new governor and new House majority, we were able to deliver a comprehensive state budget that includes funding for our shared priorities, like roads and bridges, public safety, and tax relief. Divided government is not easy, but that is by design. It forces us to work together so that only the best ideas float to the top, and extreme proposals that don’t have support are set aside.

I will be at a number of events and meetings around town this summer, so please say hello if you see me. It is always a pleasure talking to the people I represent. It is an honor to serve as your voice in the Minnesota Senate. Please feel free to contact me any time.
