Proudly representing Senate District 32
Michael Kreun serves Senate District 32 in the Minnesota Senate, which includes Blaine, Ham Lake, Columbus, and Lexington. He and his wife Laura have lived in Blaine for over 20 years where they have raised their three children — Anders, Josie, and Andrea.
Michael works as a corporate lawyer managing a nationwide litigation practice. He also serves as a volunteer in kids’ services at Eagle Brook Church in Blaine, has coached several local youth sports teams, and volunteers for the Children’s Law Center of Minnesota.
He previously served on the Spring Lake Park (ISD 16) School Board, which covers a significant portion of SD 32. He also served on the Coon Creek Watershed Board, which covers 107 square miles and manages a 135-mile public ditch system. Kreun was elected to the Senate in 2022 and serves on the Education Finance and Judiciary committees.
