Residents of Senate District 18 are invited to attend a series of town hall meetings hosted by Sen. Scott Newman (R-Hutchinson) on Monday, April 10.

The meetings are open to the public and will take place in Winsted, Lester Prairie, Plato, Green Isle, and Arlington. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions or share comments, as well as hear an update from Sen. Newman on various legislative issues such as the state budget, health care, and transportation.

The schedule is as follows:

• 12:00 PM: Winsted – Crazi Coffee and Bakery (181 1st St N, Winsted, MN 55395)
• 1:00 PM: Lester Prairie – City Hall Council Chambers (37 Juniper St N, Lester Prairie, MN 55354)
• 2:00 PM: Plato – King Pin Pub (132 Main St, Plato, MN 55370)
• 3:00 PM: Green Isle – City Hall (310 McGrann St, Green Isle, MN 55338)
• 4:00 PM: Arlington – Arlington Haus (147 W Main St, Arlington, MN 55307)
