The Minnesota Senate Ethics Committee today dismissed the complaint against Senator Glenn Gruenhagen (R-Glencoe) filed by Senator Erin Maye Quade (DFL-Apple Valley) over an email containing a Google search link related to a forthcoming bill that Sen. Gruenhagen sent to colleagues.  

Sen. Gruenhagen issued the following statement:  

“After a fair and thorough review, I appreciate the committee’s recognition my email was never intended to cause offense, and its decision to dismiss the complaint. I am committed to engaging in respectful and constructive dialogue with my colleagues in the future.”
